I'm at the stage now where I'm seriously considering ordering something like the above. I just don't know what to opt for.

I need to lose about 5 stone, am prone to headaches and diarrhoea and I can't figure out what is likely to give the best results with the least amount of side effects.

Has anyone looked at them all and can offer any thoughts? I'm not bothered about the cost as much as the results and impact on daily life. If I'm being totally honest my biggest fear is being caught short at work!

Hi
I have previously been in your situation. I managed to loose around 8 stone around 10 years ago. At that time I tried a drug called Alli. That was the only thing available over the counter at that time. My body reacted badly to the medication. I didn't loose any weight taking that medication. What I found helpful was a change in my lifestyle. I regularly went swimming and limited my food intake. It was a long process. I did eventually loose the weight. However lockdown arrived and I have piled on the weight. I have tried a weight loss app and it didn't work for me. I now attend a weight loss class and I have lost about a stone.

Sorry it's not the answer you are looking for. Flowers

I think you need research each one and understand how they work before deciding.

Orlistat works in a different way to the others and is a lot cheaper. It stops your body absorbing a percentage of the fat in your food, but it does have some nasty side effects if you do eat anything high fat. Never trust a fart is what most people will tell you, and you can start pooing out oil and excess fat from your food so it's really important that you do stick to a low fat diet when taking it

I've also tried Saxenda but didn't get on with it due to the side effects. It gave me really bad headaches and awful constipation. I was in so much pain after about 4 weeks of taking it I decided I didn't want to carry on as to me it wasn't worth it
