Hi all,
Curious - I have pcos, aged 39, and struggled with my weight, I lost 7kg to get down to 67kg last year and have been maintaining at around that since. BMI is 26 and I'm showing as overweight. Calorie restriction (around 1400, sometimes more) resistance training 3x a week and 10k steps. Calorie restriction is for weight loss and the rest is for my general well-being. Issue is I can't seem to get my weight lower with doing all the things I did to lose 7kg. I did speak to my GP who said he wouldn't be able to prescribe anything since my bmi isn't high enough. I'll hold my hands up and say I want to lose those vanity pounds but is going down the ozempic route something pple have done with similar bmi? Pcos makes everything harder in terms of weight loss! Am I being selfish here? Thank you!
