A lot of us are here to lose weight (obviously), and that for me just now feels like an eternal struggle I just cannot change. So my question is...has anyone like me (a 3 stone overweight, sugar craving, alcohol laden mid 40 something) successfully switched to become a consistently healthy eating, healthy weight range adult (while still enjoying life!). I'm feeling some fed up with what appears to be my complete inability to go even one day without falling into a sugar or alcohol induced stupor. I love exercise. I love feeling fit, but I feel so removed from the person I used to be I'm not sure I'll ever find my way back
