Can I lose 2 stone in 6 months?

That would be drop 11.5 stone to 9.5 stone.

I’ve lost weight before, but this feels like a big task. I’ve always just had 1 stone, or 1.5 to lose.

Mid 50’s so it feels harder now.

@RadioactiveWear , just realised I'd like to lose 1.5 stone in 6 months ( got a special holiday in September, 30th wedding anniversary).
We can mentor each other, and anyone else who wants to come onboard, if you want ?
I'm 13st 7, want to get to 12st really - I look good at that weight ( I'm 55, 5ft 6).

Me too so I'd like to join you please. I'm going on a cruise at the beginning of September and need to lose 1.5st. I'm currently 12st 10lbs and Peri menopausal, with most of the weight on the tummy and waist.
I've lost before using 16/8 intermittent fasting which worked really well and was very easy to do.
I'm starting this again now the spring is here so fingers crossed.
Also we have our 30th WA next year.

Out of interest did you achieve this? What did you eat in an average day please?

I lost 12kg (1.9 stone) between February and July this year. I did not count calories but switched to a 99% non upf diet and cut out all sugar and starchy carbs.
