I lost 8 pounds this week!![proud]
I have designed an excel spreadsheet that I type what I've eaten, and what the calories are - I've done a front sheet with a handy guide of average cals in all manner of foods, organised by type bakery, fruit & veg, meat, etc...for reference! then done all these formula thingies to add up cals that day and automatically take them from my daily allowance (currently 1500) then add up my weekly total.
If you get that terrible explanation!
And I wondered if anyone else thought it might be useful, because I could email it to you.
I find keeping track this way is really helping me. It's also such a good way of seeing at a glance how my week has been. AND it's great if you go over one day, to make it up over the week. BUT. I am very obsessive and stuff like this is slap bang in the middle of my 'comfort zone' so don't know how helpful normal people would find it!
But I'd love to share it with anyone who thinks they could try it. It's not flash, but it works.
