How many calories???

With the following stats, how many calories would you eat to lose a few pounds:

5ft 8
10st 10
TDEE = 2150
Gym 4 x week

I’m aiming for 1500 a day and eat between 12-8pm (I’d like to stick with fasting this way as it stops me snacking mid-morning and in the evenings)

However I’m now at a standstill and have maintained my current weight for a few weeks now) and that’s with no booze or takeaways for 2 weeks!) 😊

If you calorie count, I just wondering what you all eat and if I’m actually eating too many or few (?) calories for my height/weight.

Log all your food in MFP.
don’t log exercise.
keep calories at set level and monitor weight over 1 week. If not losing weight reduce by 200. Then log.
go on fitness volt to get rough idea of calories you need.
make sure to select female.

Don't change things after only a week. Especially as a woman. Be consistent with a deficit for at least a month before cutting further

How long have you been doing it and how long have you plateaued for?

1500 calories a day should be fine for your height/weight/TDEE to lose weight, even if you weren't do do the gym sessions your BMR alone is over 1500. I would ignore the fitbit and just carry on eating the 1500 and moving as you are and of course you will lose weight, well unless your calculation of the 1500 is completely out, but if you're weighing your food then it can't be that inaccurate.

The thing about weight loss it just isn't linear and people expect it to be weirdly. They expect that if they have lost 6/7 in 3 weeks then they are going to lose another 6/7 lbs in the following three weeks just by doing the same thing but our bodies just don't work like that, your body doesn't know that by the end of 7 days it is expected to lose xx amount of weight just because we have started a new week and you are weighing in again. You need to be consistent and patient and stick to what you're doing and it will come off eventually.

Very often your body will lose a bit and then think hmmmm not sure if she really means us to do this so maybe we will hang on to this for a bit and then it will lose a bit more OR you will lose water weight first and actual fat loss might take a couple of weeks but then as you move on and there's no initial water weight to lose and just fat loss, suddenly the couple of weeks between the initial and the next lot of weight loss seems like you've plateaued but you haven't!

Just carry on

Totally agree with this

Have you just hit "your" weight? You must be quite slim at that height and weight? Maybe there isn't much left to lose.
