Lost about a stone with Slimming World however just want to speed it up a little bit.
Starting with apple and cinnamon porridge, got a latte shake for lunch and mac and cheese for dinner! And a new 2 litre water bottle :)

anyone else starting?

I had a bit of a fright today when I nearly fainted at work and then while driving on the motorway on the way home. 😳Not just talking lightheadedness but full on hearing and eyesight reducing.
As a result I’ve decided to give up on the diet after 12 days and to return to WW. According to my scales I’d only lost 9 pounds in that time which is the same or less than I have lost with WW over the same period of time. This happened to me the last time I tried this diet so it must just not agree with me for whatever reason. I wish you all the best of luck. 😊

@Oxterguff
that sounds very scary! Your health always comes first and I do believe different plans work for different people xx

Had my second weigh in today! And got my stone award! That’s 15lb and a half since 30th December (14th Jan today!)

Congratulations that's an amazing loss. Do you still feel hungry/ crave things you were eating before?

@mioz how are you getting on?xx

Hey! Day 9 today and 8lb down! I don’t think I will continue with the 1:1 products though because they are soooo pricey. I’ve been getting on well following the 800 calorie intake but using slimfast/huel/grenade bars etc. How are you doing?

mioz · 14/01/2023 14:05

Wow just seen you are 15lb down! Absolutely amazing congratulations!

lemartin · 14/01/2023 15:37

@euff thank you! 😍 I don’t get hungry how I used to at all - I still have cravings every now and then for something salty, or a fast food I’m used to getting but I remember this isn’t forever and those foods will be there when I’ve lost weight when I can have them in moderation!

all in all, it’s just gotten easier and easier xx

@mioz thank you!! I understand if it’s too pricey, and if you’re achieving good results in another wallet friendly plan then it makes sense! Xx

I have lots of spare lipotrim shakes (sill in date) which I wont use, if anyone wants them just for cost of postage, happy to send them
