I've outgrown my Size 16 jeans; please give me some meal ideas apart from jackets and baked beans!

As the title suggests.

A combination of a baby (who is now a nearly 2 year old toddler), a huge appetite for chocolate, crisps, sweets etc, my weight has slowly crept up and I've gone from a size 12 to a size 18.

Any meal ideas to keep me going?! They need to be easy and faff free as I work full time Smile

I have lost 2 stone. I only eat dinner every other day. On the days I don't eat dinner, I eat a packet of Wai Wai. Nepalese instant noodles, but I don't cook em. I crush them up a bit and eat them like crisps, they then hit any liquid in my stomach and swell, so feel full. Bit like bread with ducks. It wasn't the plan to lose weight, just sick of my husband's cooking days being the same old, same old meals. I eat like normal throughout the day. I also drink lots of water. So I basically miss a meal.

I have an apple cut into segments that I dip in a teaspoon of peanut butter. It's surprisingly satisfying and curbs the craving for a sweet or savoury snack.
