Hi all,
Bit of background... Few years ago I lost over 4st with slimming world, enjoyed it and found it easy to follow.
Fast forward to now... I'm a full time working mum and studying for a degree and have next to no time. I joined back at SW but I just don't have the time or patience with planning, batch cooking and following the plan like I did before.
I'm looking for a diet which requires no planning, doesn't take tike preparing and not much cooking involved etc as I just don't physically have time.

I'm 10st 7lbs at minute and my ideal target weight would be 9st.

Tried slim fast before but doesn't work as I'm still hungry on it and after day 3 I give in.

Any suggestions?

fail to plan, plan to fail as they say. There is little chance of losing weight with no planning at all. If you were a naturally thinner person you wouldn’t be wanting to lose weight so you likely will have to plan rather than just throw meals together.

No special diet or plan. Just eat normal food but keep to around 1,500 calories per day. Weigh and log everything on My fitness pal to keep track, nothing is off limits. Having your (diminishing) daily target in black and white just means you are more likely to make better, more filling, choices. It’s helped me lose & keep 3.5 stone off for a couple of years now.

Diets on their own have limited effect.on me, however diet + cardio is completely different story. If you don't get bored easily you could device a menu that is exactly the same (or almost the same) and that's how you keep track of your calorie intake

@TooHotTooGreedy thank you, I'd forgotten about my fitness pal I did this years ago too. Thanks for tip
