Can't shift the baby weight

I had my baby back in January and I lost the first of two stone gained during pregnancy pretty quickly, but it left me with stretch marks due to rapid shrinkage (BF). I know that can be normal.

However, I cannot get this last stone off no matter what. We eat healthy - we always go with the healthy hello fresh options and I made sure I go on a really good walk daily with the pram. I have an Apple Watch and I closed all my 'fitness goals' (move, exercise and stand goals). I don't snack and I don't drink alcohol. I have stopped BF but the weight is still there.

I'm normally a comfortable size 12 but I'm now a 14/16.

Any advice on the best exercises? I cannot afford a PT at the moment. I have access to apple fitness plus and I have a mini gym in my garage which I can use, but it's just getting the time just now.

I go back to work at the end of September and I'd like to at least get back into my work dresses and not have to buy new ones.

I know that feeling, except mine was born last Feb! I'm doing 16:8 and considering starting a workout course like BeachBody. At the moment just doing random YouTube workouts, need more direction.

If you've stopped breastfeeding then intermittent fasting like the fast 800 diet can be helpful. I've lost nearly 3 stone following it and works well for my lifestyle without feeling too deprived. I find it easier to put off, once I start eating I'm then on the insulin rollercoaster often

Where can I get more information on this intermittent fasting?

There's lots of info on the net. Dr Jason Yung does some podcasts. Maybe start with the Fast 800 book by Michael Moseley, you can pick it up on Amazon for about £7 or so.
It's very interesting and it's changed my whole approach to type of food I eat as well. Might not be for everyone but it's worked for me and seems to be gathering plenty studies to show its efficacy.
