(am i allowed to be termed postpartum if ds2 nearly 6mo...?)

one feed a day is formula, but am still bfing 3 times a day, so have to take it easy on the exercise/weight loss front

ok, pre-pregnancy weight was 10st 9lbs. was still carrying 1 stone of ds1 weight, but broadly (excuse the pun) happy at a size 12

piled on the weight when pg with ds2 - got to about 13.5 stones i believe (had the Fear wrt scales by that point)

today i am 11st 7lbs

so, one stone to go

have a wedding at the end of feb, would like to be under 11st by then

am seeing a postnatal personal trainer once a week and, for the last 2 weeks, have managed 30 mins on the treadmill (gentle run on an incline) once a week as well

anyone care to join me?
