Due to the long Covid I get bad fatigue and can't exercise. I'm at work for 4 hours a day doing a gently active job so I think that counts as my exercise. I also walk for half an hour on the weekends and do a bit of gardening. Basically, I need to lose weight via diet rather than exercise, and I do need to lose weight.
I put on a stone over my illness. Last week a had a go at a fiend's blood pressure monitor and the results were bad. I have a big incentive (threat) to lose weight. It has scared me quite a bit.
I've given up caffeine which was pretty easy. Decaf tea is good. I've surrounded myself with fruit, am eating much more of my 5 a day in meals, eating more sensible portions, and cut out snacks.
I don't think I'm overdoing it but have lost 5 pounds since Thursday. Too quick?
Any good tips on avoiding huger pangs? Or is that feeling the feeling of just not being constantly full?
