Went back to weight watchers today

and I put on 3.5 punds over Christmas, how depressing. that means in total I have lost 2 pounds. I know i have to do this, but it seems so hard to get back on track.

hello, Can I jump on the bandwagon. Started WW properly last Monday and have lost 3lbs in my first week.

I'm feeling rather motivated to keep going this week but not so hopefully I'll get another 3lbs off. I started at 10.8 and weighed in this morning at 10.5.

I'm trying to stick to the kick start plans (to some degree) so far I'm not feeling deprived or hungry.

Well done MOH. Try not to focus just on the weight. I find that if I have not lost weight, I have lost inches.

Hello, Can I join this group, have been reading your posts and you all sound like you have been doing really well. I am doing WW myself, I have all the literature from a while back and am really sticking to it, find writing it all down really helps, and finding that I am snacking quite a bit, but really low points snacks like WW crisps, choc mousses etc. Doesn't really feel like I am dieting at the moment - but then as usual I will end up getting bore though i hope not this time. I am weighing in at 10.8 and started out at 10.13. I want to be at least 9.13, but my goal for the end of the month is to loose 2lbs, think it may be easier giving myself an easier goal to aim for.

Hi Naughtynoonoo.

Writing everything down is a revelation because you can't hide from the truth. It forces me to be honest about my snacking which is my downfall.

I'm setting myself weekly challenges so this week I plan to do squats, lunges and press ups every morning and evening (3 sets of 20 to 30 reps). I would normally do crunches too but with my time of month, that is a no-no. I also want to lose 6lb in total by the end of the month (gulp).
