I have a subscription to Cronometer but wondering if there is a free android app that does the same:

  • copy and paste a whole day to the next day
  • create and save whole recipes
  • enter a weight loss goal and it tells you max intake
  • shows daily nutrition breakdown

Does MFP do this? TIA!

MFP let’s you just tick a box on your usual/favourite meals to log
Let’s you create recipes
I set my own daily calorie target after working out my TDEE and reducing by 20% to get a calorie target tdeecalculator.net/
Shows daily carbs, fat, protein, sodium & sugar-1st pic
2nd pic shows all the features.
It’s helped me lose, and keep off for over 2 years, just over 3 stone. I love it!

I had a look and you need a subscription with MFP for it to recalculate calories based on exercise.

You can get a year for 39.99 which is less than the 6.49 I pay for Cronometer.

Nutricheck is much better imo. You have to pay but they have more uk foods on and much easier to use. Plus mfp asks for some odd permissions when you download it, like having access to a lot of stuff it shouldn't need- no thanks!

I just downloaded the nhs app. Have had it two weeks and lost 4 lbs. Really pleased tbh. A way to go it it seems to be keeping me on track

I like the NHS app too
