Anyone eaten their own, very limited, diet? Can you critique mine please?

I lost 2 stone recently on Exante (shakes). It worked really well for me but to be frank, I can't afford it any longer. And in the month since I stopped the shakes the weights coming back on.

I've realised though that I work really well on a very boring, regular diet - eating the same thing day in, day out, so I don't have any difficult choices to make.

I want to make sure it's relatively healthy though and I'm not missing out on some huge essential nutrient. I'm thinking:

Breakfast: Porridge oats with milk.
Lunch: Homemade vegetable and red lentil soup.
Snacks: 2 pieces of assorted fruit.
Dinner: One chicken breast, a very small jacket potato, lots of veg or salad.

I could eat this every day for months (I'm not easily bored!) and it would take away the stress of choice. It's all stuff I enjoy and eat now so no drastic changes. But how healthy is this...I've no idea how many calories it is or what essentials I may miss.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Looks pretty good to me. With the veg make sure there are greens in there. I’m not a nutritionist. Drink water obviously.

I have covid at the moment but once I recover I was thinking of doing something similar. Like you I can eat the same meals over and over, never get bored. For me I would have to have some eggs in there, so handy for a quick meal.

I'd weigh it and put it in my fitness pal to see what the calories and macros are
