Hi everyone

Does anyone take these, do they work? I wouldn't mind trying them but illogically feel like when I stop, itll have screwed my body so I will make matters worse.

I have also posted about 16:8 but forgot to ask about these; could I take supplements during my fast window, as this is when I do exercise

Thank you

Use at your own risk Grin

I mean they work, but only because you either totally change your diet and avoid fat …or suffer the consequences!

I read a post on here of someone who had farted in the bath and had released a load of diarrhoea, I also remember a few years ago seeing a programme where a poor woman had shit herself in a shop because she was on orlistat -a prescription version-and hadn’t adjusted her diet. She was complaining she had no idea she wasn’t supposed to eat fat.

If you can put up with all the follow then fine but I wouldn’t feel it was worth the risk - or the expense.

Consumers of fat burners have gone through changes in behavior such as irritability, mood swings, aggressiveness, and nervousness. Stomach problems- Fat burners can lead to stomach issues such as diarrhoea, constipation, and other issues with bowel movements

From the very limited research I've done, there seems to be a difference between binders and fat burners - are what you're talking about definitely binders? Sounds bloody awful 🙈

Yep. See the H & B link above. Fat binders bind to the fat you consume so stop you absorbing it hence it gets expelled -violently!- from the body.

How do they work?
Now we’ve answered the question “What are fat binders?”, let us take a look at how they work.
Unlike fat burners, which pretty much do what they say on the tin, fat binders stop your body from storing any fat which could then contribute to weight gain.

They’re called “binders” as they attract the fat molecules in food and attach themselves to them before digestion. This prevents the fat from being absorbed by the body. The fat binder (and its new cargo) is then released as waste when you go to the loo
