Saggy boobs - anything to do?

I've not long stopped breastfeeding my youngest and don't plan more children. I've therefore been on a health kick, reduced my intake of foods and have been going to the gym regularly and I'm generally very happy with the results.
However, my once perky boobs are a shell of their former selves and there is hardly any stuffing in them, just excess skin.
Really not wanting to go down the route of surgery, but i also don't want to accept saggy skin boobs for the rest of my life.
Aside from exercise (pec muscles etc), is there anything I can do? Any magic lotions or potions someone can vouch for?

Guess I'll just have to get used to tying them up and hoping for the best 🤣

I'm afraid a good bra , a dim light in the bedroom and a great partner are the best you can hope for 🤣

It was worth it though - to give the babies the benefit of breast feeding

I've got the same issue! Well, not so much currently, as I'm pregnant again right now, so they're looking fuller than they did before. But I fully expect that after this baby, and this next lot of breastfeeding, they will be more shrivelled than ever.

It's possible that there's private cosmetic surgery for it, but then would it be worth it? I don't know.

If you only just finished breastfeeding, you have to give it a bit of time. Especially if you've also lost some weight on top of that. They will improve somewhat but it won't happen overnight. Good few months to a year maybe? Obviously they won't be as they were pre-pregnancy, but they won't look as sad!
