I read with interest the "Zactival" thread and thanks to you all getting together and discussing it probably (unfortunately) bieng a scam, i have saved myself some money.
However, i was just wondering if any one has ever tried any herbal appetite suppressors. Although i am keen to lose some weight (aren't we all?!) i want to stick to natural, herbal remedies rather than get something prescribed by my GP.
I understand that you have all probably tried every thing going, but what doesnt work for one may work for another person. I would value your experiences as things are getting really quite desperate in the old weight department here and its time to do something about it.
In anticipation (of me resembling Elle Mcphereson in a month!!!!!!!) thanks.
