Does anyone have a meal plan of meals to help me lose weight, got 1-2st to lose. Need an easy breakfast, happy to have the same thing everyday, not keen on yogurt or overnight oats. I need an easy pack up lunch that I can eat in a retail shop, so no soup or strong flavours or anything that needs heating up. And then I need really nice evening meals for all the family that are tasty and filling. Just to add if tried fasting, it didn't work for me. Tried keto, I loved it but hard to do around family
I'm too busy to calorie count so end up giving up. Happy to go to a slimming class, but I do love to cook and not keen on artificial sweeteners, has any one any suggestions.

If you enjoy cooking and have a family I think Slimming World is an excellent choice
You can make lots of family friendly healthy meals and fill them with extra veg to make them Super Speedy which will boost your weight loss
You can even do slimming world with no one knowing any different
You will just be avoiding the added extras and unhealthy snacks
Eg ... make a lovely big Spaghetti Bol with 5 % minced beef .. they can have some added garlic bread - you can't - or if you do you'd need to include it in your syn allowance
They have so many recipe books
Family ones , curries , one pot , cooking for one etc

For lunches it has to be a salad of some sort. Look online for ideas, mixed bean salad, pasta salad, tomato and mozzarella salad.
I’ve not done it myself but as pp suggested slimming world has had some good results.

I agree that Slimming World would fit your requirements. You can do it just on line. Lots of good family recipes.

I agree with pps - slimming world sounds ideal for you. I don't go to classes ( have done), but follow the plan as best I can. I'm not sure what you can have for breakfast with you not liking oats ( I have pancakes or baked oats) ; are you happy with a fruit salad ? That would be a good start to your day. For lunch you could make a nice sandwich or wrap ( that would be easy to eat at work ). Teas, like pps said, the traditional meals but as you enjoy cooking ( I do, too), you won't mind this aspect.
If I fancy toast for breakfast, I tend not to have carbs for lunch. If I have say a piece of garlic bread, I roughly syn it. I don't follow it to the letter, but I like the plan.
If you have a sweet tooth, you can use your syns. I don't but sometimes want a kit kat or packet of crisps ( again, I never know the exact syns but 20 cals is roughly 1 syn, so I try to not go over 300 cals).
Alcohol , especially wine, is a no go area I think ( this is a good thing for me), but spirits and diet mixes are a good option. Don't forget 2 litres of water a day.
I should add that I'm not thin ( don't want to be), but I've probably got 10lbs to lose. But slow n steady wins the race. I enjoy my food, look forward to eating healthily and feeling good most days. I have a lot of energy ( I'm 54. Zumba 3 times a week). And I never feel like I'm missing out because if I want something, I have it.
Life's too short to be miserable.
Sorry for the essay.

Thanks Everyone, I might give slimming world a go, I've had magazines and books before but I think I need to go to a class to give me motivation.

I think classes are a good idea. My last group was just before Lockdown. I only went for 6 weeks ( I get tired of the clapping ), but I lost 12lb which was enough to kick-start me. I then did it on my own because I believe that if you're motivated you can do it on your own. I appreciate people are different though and classes are invaluable to some.
Go for it !
