10 months post birth and I weigh more

After some help, as I don't know where to start. Always been slim, and a fairly big eater. Was slim throughout my pregnancy, and 3 months post birth was looking quite slim. However, might be the tiredness, the stress, I don't know, but I started to really just start to eat 'beige' food & the weight crept on. I'm now bigger than I was 3 months pp, and don't have anything to wear! My stomach is still bulging out, and my thighs are basically cellulite. My usual tricks of cutting down for a few days (which used to result in immediate weight loss) don't work, and I'm so fed up I just have a glass of wine and several biscuits.
Its almost as if my metabolism has stalled, and I really don't know how to get my mojo back. I hate feeling this way, would really appreciate any hints or tips to get back on track!

Thank you, I've only just seen your update. I've never heard of Amy E IF - just watched some on YouTube so will give that a go.
I've made my first step and replaced wine with fizzy water and squash in a wine glass which also seems to improve my will power (shock!). I've also swapped biscuits for apples and toast for yoghurt.
I think it's so easy to underestimate (I know I did) how difficult being exhausted all the time is, and how quick and easy a boost some sugary carbs are. Oh well, onwards and upwards! Thanks again 👍
