Just started weightwatchers on my own at home with the points system, doing good so far but the fact that I left 6 points for alcohol tonight is probably not so good. Anyone fancy joining me? don't have to reveal weight, just weekly loss.

Twiga, remaining the is fine - a lot better than putting on. You should look at it as practicing maintaining for when you are at your goal

Sorry I haven't posted in ages on this thread, hope everyone is doing ok. Things the same here, although have finally got my self motivated towards the gym. finding it hard to commit to the whole loosing weight thing what with Christmas just around the corner and also ttc - keep thinking if am pg this month not much point as will soon look like whale anyway! Not great excuses I know..........
