Herbalife or Cambridge diet?

I have really piled on the pounds in the last two years and now nearly 17 stone. I am tired irritable and uncomfortable all the time. My life revolves around my next meal or snack and it has to stop.
I want to try one of these as I think I need something drastic to help me start off the weight loss.

Has anyone experienced either Cambridge one to one or Herbalife and could give me some honest feedback please.

I haven't tried Herbalife but I'm currently doing Cambridge diet and have been since October 2020. As long as your in the right mindset to do it then it's fab! I've been on step one doing three of their products a day (soon to move up to step two) and it's 600 calories a day. I wont lie the first few weeks are hard while your body adjusts to the portion sizes and drinking so much water but once it settles it's amazing, I have tons of energy and feel great. In total I have lost 6st. Down from 16st 2lbs to 10 stone and I'm able to run 5k again without been weighted down. Best decision I ever made .

I'm doing Cambridge too. Would highly recommend it. Step 3 so I can still eat with the kids. I've lost 2 stone since the beginning of February. I tried Herbalife years ago, but really didn't like their products.

I've done herbalife and found it really good but it is pricey. I like the fact it isn't a shake diet as much as people seem to think that, but it retrained the way I looked at food. I was eating real food 4-5 times a day with 1-2 shakes. I lost a fair amount and had much more energy but unfortunately our finances changed and I couldn't afford to continue. Not sure about price of Cambridge diet. I tried in many years ago and was expensive and disliked the products but like with many of these things they change the products over time and make improvements.

That is amazing. When you say it was hard in first few weeks did you feel light headed or weak? If I could progress as quickly as you I would be over the moon Smile Do you now have to be really careful the weight doesn't pile back on or do you feel in control of it?

Two stone in just over a monthShock How much do you want to lose? I'm hoping at least 6 stone which feels really daunting. I've got to give this a try!

I've read somewhere it's approx £50 per week. Is there any extras to pay out?

@doughnutcraver it was the adjustment to eating everything I could find and drinking plenty of water. I used to be able to sit and eat 5 packets of crisps and reach for the chocolate tub in one sitting, to then not being able to do that was hard. You can't really snack in between meals, if you feel hungry you drink. If resets your mind in a way to know what you should be eating but also to stop when your full. I know I can keep it off as long as I eat the right way and I feel so much better for it, but I have been really strict with it and haven't fallen off the wagon so to speak. Definitely Find a consultant and try it x

U done Cambridge or 1-1 as it’s called now a few years ago and after the first few weeks got right into it. Sadly as is the way dormant I gained everything I’d lost and more once I stopped it. I’d love to do it again but can not afford the £46 a week on top of my family’s food budget.

Thanks all.
I've spoken to my local consultant and will be starting on step 2 Thursday. It's going to be a huge change and hope to get some fantastic results. I'm going to give this my all.
