I am so hungry ALL the time. Help!

I think my body hates me. Since the start of the year I have made a real effort to cut back. I am not overweight but at the heavier end of my BMI (5ft 6 and 10st 4). I exercise regularly (3 x running per week/3 x circuit training/ 2 x weights sessions). I always hit 10k steps per day and my average weekly active minutes on Fitbit is 3-400 (last week it was 900!). I definitely feel slimmer but the scales haven't moved at all.
I started calorie counting mixed with intermittent fasting last week but I am finding that I am permanently starving. I just want to eat everything, all the time. I have been really disciplined so far and have been in a calorie deficit everyday this week but I'm not sure how I long I can keep this up particularly as it doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm not depriving myself particularly and I am lucky that I love a healthy diet. I don't generally eat processed carbs (except bread sometimes), I only drink once a week and eat very little chocolate or junk. I am a volume eater though. I seem to need a huge portion of anything to fill me up. I try to make this in vegetables but maybe that is my problem and I'm just not getting enough of the higher calorie food.
What foods can I eat that will leave me feeling sated but won't bump my calories up too much?

You need to look into the blood sugar diet by michael mosley. he thinks that some fats and proteins are really good, as despite their calories they won't raise blood sugar (thereby preventinig weight gain) but will keep you sated. Things like avocado, greek yogurt (full fat), tofu, etc etc. His book is great. He also has some good documentaries about the phenomenon.

Vegetable soup, maybe some beans or lentils in it?

Fat free Greek yogurt with fresh fruit?

That sounds interesting. I'll have a look into it.
I've started eating Greek yoghurt quite a lot. I have it with berries and porridge oats in the morning and as a snack later on.
I've realised I'm actually quite a fussy eater although not in the traditional sense. I love fish, veg and salads etc but I'm not keen on eggs and cheese or much meat so I'm quite limited on my options for protein. I try to eat nuts but they are so high in calories for something that feels so insubstantial!

He has a great book, "The blood sugar diet" which is really eye opening. Even if you don't go for the full diet, the theory behind it is fascinating and tremendously useful to bear in mind how to eat for satiety without putting on weight.
