In the last year or so I lost about 2 and a half stone in weight, feeling so much better about myself.
I've put on a bit however over lockdown, but on the whole I've managed to keep my weight stable.
I'm 5ft6.5 and at the moment my weight is 11st4, which on the nhs bmi calculator says I am overweight, however when I weighed less than this before lockdown, 10st 9, I was told by a few people I'd gone a bit far and I'd lost too much, my face looked a bit gaunt. I have to say I think I agreed with them too at the time. I'm quiet big boned though and got big boobs but if I need to be in the perfect bmi I need to loose just over another stone which in all
honesty I think will make me look and feel too skinny. I'm mid 40's and I think it does show in your face at that age.

You see this all the time. If your bmi is still well within the range (and yours would be at that weight), they’re most likely just reacting to the big change. People who have never met you before won’t be thinking you’re too thin.

The nhs bmi calculator doesn’t seem to let me put half inches in but you’re on the cusp of being in the healthy weight category now anyway. You’ve done really well.

I am same height, big boned, big boobs...my lowest ever weight as an adult was about 11st / maybe 10 st 9 ... my face looked a bit thin. BMI is just a guideline. As you don’t have that much weight to loose just go slowly and stop if you feel your face looks gaunt

Thank you for your replies Smile
Yes I'm going to keep an eye on it as don't want to lose too much in my face. I do wonder if the exercising makes a difference as muscle weighs more than fat, or so I keep saying to myself Grin

Do your waist measurement. It should be 80cm as an absolute maximum to be healthy. This is more important than BMI.

Thank you @FuckOffBorisYouTwat that's interesting, I'll do that
