I know it ends up averaging but I lost 200g overnight and feel super happy.

I’m so tempted to do the “If the exante thread jumped under a bus.....?” thing.

Well, this has brought back of lot of interesting memories from my uni days. Never weighed my weight hair though despite the other crazy things I did to lose weight.
It's an irresponsible thread OP.

What I mean with that is that it's no against guidelines. When losing weight I've always weighed myself every day. My lowest BMI has been 22 and even then I thought I looked too thin. Some people do weight themselves every day with no bad effects.

Keeping track of things is just part of my personality, when I was teen I would write down every time I'd hear a song by my favourite band to see if I could find a trend in popularity/plays.

Obviously I just need to keep repeating myself via C&P.

I don’t think you’ll find any reputable doctor, dietitian or organisation recommending daily weighing, measuring weight loss in grams, or “ calculat[ing] the weight of wet hair”. The reason for that is that those are not healthy ways of thinking or behaving.

How can I be anorexic when I aim for an extremely healthy BMI? Weighing daily is not uncommon, in the end it averages out. ...

It doesn’t matter whether you are or not. Other people are anorexic (or bulimic etc) and it is really bad for them to read this irresponsible bilge.

The weighing my hair was just me trying to extrapolate my "real" weight. It was te first time I had weight myself in 6-8 months, had just been back from a 6 mile run and was super soggy, I though I had broad idea of my weight, and was just trying to guess if the wet hair added much or not. I would have waited til the next morning ,but I thought, sure why not. But it's not something that I regularly do (nor the evening weigh ins as they're unreliable anyways).

Sweetheart it’s just not a healthy way to think.
