Fell off the wagon and struggling to get back on....

So during the first lockdown from the beginning of May to The end of July I lost just over 10kg (around 1st and 8lbs). Mainly calorie counting sticking to 1200cals a day and some workouts, I was loosing a steady 1kg per week until I hit my first target weight which was 65kgs (starting from 72kgs) when the weight loss slowed down as I worked out to keep it up at my current weight I would have to go down to way too little calories so I decided to just stick to working out and let the rest come off slower.

I fell off the workout train early to mid August as we had some family celebrations and it just went downhill from there. I've kept up my current weight but I'm definitely a bit less toned than I was when I worked out.
I've been hovering around 62.5kgs ever since and would like to hit 60 for a start as it was my goal for a while and maybe longterm slim down to 55kg which I think will be my optimal weight (still comfortably within my healthy bmi) so I've around 7kgs to go.

I'm really struggling to motivate myself to do any kind of physical activity in these cold months and craving comfort food.
I really need a kick up the backside and some realistic steps to take next before I give in completely and eat whatever I fancy (which is usually sweets and crisps) and go back to my starting weight Blush

I realise I'm not overweight as such but I don't look or feel my best and would really appreciate some advice and tips to reset and restart.
