I just can't help myself!

I really know I shouldn't, I'm a size 16 and definitely overweight.

The weight isn't even the biggest issue for me, I want to be fit and healthy, and hopefully looking good in the type of clothes I want like to wear will come with that 😄

For me it's chocolate

Wether it be biscuits, ice cream, cake, I just cannot stop myself sometimes.

Eat otherwise healthyish but could do better to be honest.

Can anyone tell me their success stories please?

Which diet plan/calorie counting/methods they used.

I will also be upping my exercise by walking a couple of extra hours a day and am going to invest in a spin bike.

Aaaaaaaaand the famous old saying, but hopefully I follow through with it this time

Diet starts TOMORROW

I was planning to fast today. Lasted till 11.30am then gave up and attacked the marmite and sourdough. " ... feed a cold" I told myself.

But I'm refusing to buy clothes in anything other than my pre-lockdown size, so eventually there will be a reckoning ...

It's true, you cannot keep anything in your cupboards or fridge that you would regret eating. At my strictest I didn't keep flour or butter or sugar in the house - so no baking for entertainment. Lockdown storage for winter prevents the empty cupboard approach - but I baked so much in the spring I can leave it for now.

I’m the same. Agree with others. Nothing in the house, I would always walk to the shop to get stuff but probably not now weather has turned.
Log everything.

Does this ring a bell, OP? If so, I would suggest you need to address your disordered eating before you think about your weight.
