Do you go to bed hungry?

For the past 4 weeks I've been doing intermittent fasting and sticking to an average of 1100 calories. I've increased my activity levels but can't do as much as I'd like due to shielding. I'm eating more healthily in general and no longer eat chocolate like I used to, or sweets, or biscuits, or cake. I ate so much chocolate before! My portion sizes for dinner have halved, I don't drink alcohol anyway except on rare occasions and apart from my two cups of tea at breakfast I just drink lots of water. I've lost weight but no idea how much as I only bought scales last week. My clothes are looser and I'm less bloated. All good but my stomach is growling and gurgling all evening and I'm really hungry. I ignore it and it goes away but it's not pleasant as I feel very empty and slightly sick. By morning though I'm just my normal hungry and it's like my body and brain have forgotten the growling and gurgling and hunger pangs of the night before.

Does anyone else go to bed hungry? Do you eventually get used to it?

I eat breakfast around 9am, lunch at 12/1 and dinner at 5. No eating after 6pm is my rule and I've not broken that. I'm veggie and trying to increase my protein intake as I don't get enough. I don't feel particularly hungry during the day outside of mealtimes but the evenings are hard going sometimes.

You need to either increase your dinner (and reduce another meal to stick to your calorie limit) or bring your meals a bit forward so that your eating window is later.

Personally, I don't eat breakfast and my eating window is 12-8pm, or sometimes even 2-10pm so I never have this problem. I wouldn't have a problem with going to bed hungry if I just felt like my stomach is empty, but not to the point that I feel sick. That's pretty miserable way to spend your evening.

If I skip breakfast I feel dreadful and struggle to function as I'm so empty and irritable. At least in the evening I have no pressures on me and I just need to get through it. Some evenings are fine but others are really bad. AF is due and I get extra hungry the day before usually or sometimes a few days before. I am going to change a few things to up the protein and see if that helps.
