But, now that I've lost about 3/4 stone by starving myself for 3 weeks, what do I do about losing the other stone I need to lose?
Current intake is 2 coffees (1 decaf one ordinary), several cold drinks of various description (worst being coke zero), 4 water biscuits with wensleydale and apricot cheese.
