I've just looked up my BMI and i'm obese I knew I was overweight, but still it's hard to hear(or technically, hard to see since I looked it up on the net!)

I started a diet today and wanted to know if anyone wants to join me and support a chocoholic kick the habit and possibly fit back into some of my lovely smaller clothes.

And with ref to the BMI the suggested weight for me is 9st1 which in all honesty would be totally impossible to reach. I was going to go for 10 1/2 st to start or maybe 10st. I'm 12st10 atm so that's a fair loss to aim for anyway. And i'm not sure i've been 9st1 ever When I was 18/19 I was 9 1/2st and looked good IMO
