SW vs WW vs MFP

I am aiming to drop 3-4 stone by December this year. I have started using MFP but wondered if you'd recommend either SW or WW to really help me on my way?

Any experiences would be really appreciated.

I lost weight before doing calorie counting and using a FitBit to track my calories. It really worked for me but if you want it to be really accurate you have to have the time to log every single food you are eating and weigh out ingredients etc. I liked with the Fitbit that if I really wanted something I could have it but would just have to do some more walking to burn it off.

I'm on SW online right now and I like that too. It seems to encourage eating lots of carbs but low fat. I am doing it because it is recommended for breastfeeding mothers and it means there are lots of free foods that I can have without weighing stuff out. Having said that there are a lot of complicated rules that I am ignoring at the moment (eg speed foods). I've lost almost a stone since mid-March.

I did try WW once before and thought it was alright. It's a bit like SW with free fruit and veg etc. IIRC the way the point system works it basically encourages a low-ish carb diet, but things might have changed. I stopped going because I didn't like the group leader who kept encouraging me not to lose any weight (I was a few pounds overweight and wanting to get to the middle of the BMI group, she was very overweight) but I guess you might not have to worry about that during lockdown.
