Healthiest way to lose 7lbs

Historic eating disorder and can still stray into disordered eating when pushed. Don’t want anything which could become competitive (ie SW/WW etc). Weight has always been lost in unhealthy ways.

My clothes are feeling a bit tight, and I’m about 7lbs over the weight where they fit best! Can anyone give me a fail safe diet plan and a rough timeline of how long it takes with a healthy mindset?

Currently:
Breakfast: none, or occasionally overnight oats and frozen berries.
Lunch: often none, sometimes overnight oats. I don’t get a lunch break and often eat at funny times to do school timetable and free periods.
Dinner: hello fresh or similar. Risotto, pasta, meat/fish and salad, casserole etc.

Snacks: cereal bar/2 biscuits/brownie/banana/apple

I need to cut down on the sugar and up on the protein but I’m not sure how to do that in a manageable way. Leave the house at 7am but could take breakfast to eat when I’m at work.

Hi OP! I’ve lost 7lbs since August, and I’ve found it really easy tbh! It’s for me walking which has made a huge difference and a morning shake! It’s stayed off too fluctuating +/- an lb! I have a Asda meal replacement shake with hazelnut/oat milk for my breakfast, something small for lunch and a nice tea. I don’t restrict myself really. But have really reduced the amount of milk I would drink. I’ve been consistently doing 10k steps per day which I think is the main reason I’ve lost it and kept it off up until now! Hope this helps and good luck! (I appreciate it isn’t the most informative)

Thanks. My job is active so I’m regularly doing 10,000 steps.

I used to do more gym classes so that might be part of the issue now
