I need to lose weight and fast. I'm really unhappy with myself atm.
I've been looking at slimming world. There is a group local to me but I feel a bit anxious about attending. Having researched a fair bit I think I get the general idea of the diet side of it. Is it something I could do alone or are the groups necessary/important to have success.
Is SW easy to adopt as a lifestyle? And are there any other tips or advice people could offer? I'm really clutching at straws here to try and lose weight quickly.
