Help!... any recommendations for low cal snacks?

I know there are loads of delicious fruits out there at the moment but I'm getting bored with them and could do some ideas for other low cal snacks please!

I've lost nearly 2 stone since Jan but now the summer holidays are here I've lost my routine and can feel it creeping back on.

Also can anyone recommend any low fat ice creams I can try?

low fat ice cream recipe:

Take tongue
Open freezer door
Lick inside

newlifenewname · 01/08/2007 23:22

is actually zero fat - a bit like low fat butter low fat lard

pop corn. home made and without any topping.

MyTwopenceworth · 01/08/2007 23:24

I don't know if you like shell fish but I recently discovered that Youngs mussel's in vinegar have only 50 calories in the whole pot and .3or .4 of saturated fat. I love them, they are a gorgeous treat if you like fish.

MyTwopenceworth · 02/08/2007 19:35

crab sticks.

Thanks for all the ideas.

Not keen on fish (although I do like prawns - are they low fat?) but have stocked up today on sugar free jelly and yoghurts
