So I'm the biggest I've ever been, by a huge amount,
If I'm honest though I'm actually the most comfortable with myself and my body I've ever been, and I kindof love the curves.

But I do think it's time to just get a bit healthier, and we want to start TTC soon, so I don't want to go into that already at my biggest (and probably the biggest I ever want to be) knowing I'll put more weight on.

So I'm looking for some tips.
I work loong, unpredictable hours, often with no office base, so set classes, diets, meal prepping can be difficult if not impossible.

What are your favourite meals, treats, quick ways of getting some exercise in and ways to motivate yourself when you're tired and lazy.

I LOVE food and watching TV. And I hate being sweaty and I hate not being amazing at something the first time I do it, so I'm very easily discouraged... GrinBlush

Maybe you should have called your post 'baby steps' as that would have been funny and a bit of a pun?

My favourite meal is lasagne with 1/2 a bottle of red wine and garlic bread. Favourite treat is a bar of dairy milk with a cup of tea.

Ways to get moving - get a dog.

Whoops - sorry - just seen this was in weight loss chat and my post is not very helpful. However, re-reading your post it doesn't sound like you want to lose weight.

How much is 'the biggest you've ever been'?

Baby steps would have been better. Totally regret my choice.

I just keep having to buy bigger clothes and I'm chaffing so figured I better..

Ah - losing weight is a tiresome business. I did lose a stone and kept it off by doing low carb (ie no bread/sugar/wine/etc) but still eating small amounts of potatoes with a meal. To be fair, I didn't get hungry, after the first 3 days which were hard. After that it seemed easy. Saying that I still would like to lose 7lbs which is proving harder.

Otherwise you might try 'The book of Nom - Slimmming World - if you haven't got time or money to join SW you could do recipes out of that book.
