Teenager Weight Gain - say something or shut up?

I'm really struggling with this one and could do with some advice...
Our daughter is 19 (almost 20); she's in university but lives at home so I still cook meals etc.
In last year of school she put on a bit of weight - this has now really increased (especially since she gave up dancing lessons). She is a beautiful and smart person, but I feel I can't sit by and watch her put more weight on. She is still 'squeezing' into stretchy size 12 clothes, but is realistically a 16 (and at risk of rising).
Do I shut up and not interfere? I can't control what she eats outside of the home (take outs with friends etc and I find cake / biscuit / sweet wrappers 'hidden' in the room).
It really worries me, but I don't want to push her away or make her feel I don't love her by speaking to her.
I'm realy at a loss and worry about it so much.
Sad

What do you think you could tell her that she doesn't already know?
