Weight Watchers Points - Help please

I started WW today, and they did not have any of the shopping books. Stupidly, I thought that I would not need the eating out book, and then went to Pizza Hut for lunch! I chose the Spag Bol, and assumed 5 points for it (as Spag Napoltena was listed as 4.5 points). Could someone please tell me the points for it, so I can try to get the correct total for the day.

Also, can someone confirm that a bagel is 3.5 points? Seems high!

Thanks in advance, and sorry to be a pain!

Have you thought about joining e-source rather than buying all the books Chinchilla? I use it and it's fab, I input the food and it tells me the points and I can do my tracking on-line.

You just wait there a second and I'll rush off and look them up now .

They didn't specifically have the Pizza Hut spag bol, but they points for a generic restaurant meal spag bol is 7.5.

Bagels have a fairly wide range of points (from 2 to 4.5) depending on where you got it from and what kind it is (white, blueberry etc). Any further details you can give?

Isn't e-source £9.95 a month? Can't justify that each month

Tha PH spag bol was fairly small, and not like a 'proper retsaurant, so I'll assume 6 will be OK. The bagels are Tesco's own fresh bakery ones.

Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Bran.

I paid £15 for 3 months and had 2 weeks free trial, but I think they may have finished that offer now. I justified it by not having to buy the books (because I would definitely loose them and have to buy them again), and also saving on buying chocolate (I had a bit almost every day and I would only eat the expensive organic stuff, so I definitely spent at least a tenner a month there).

A Tesco plain bagel is 3.5 points I'm afraid. There is a surprising amount of sugar in a bagel, but on the other hand I do find them more filling than normal bread. Have a no-point filling, cucumber, tomato etc to keep your points down.

Good luck with your ww week (I've lost 8.5lb in 5 weeks, slower than I want but at least it goes down every week ).
