Recommends for one-to-one weight loss coach for working mum. Does such a thing exist?

Google is not helping me here. Am at crisis point with my weight and need some help. Am looking for some one-on-one help with telling me what to each each day, reviewing my food diaries and giving me feedback and helping me keep track of weight and suggestion suitable exercise. Have tried all the usual weight loss clubs but it's the psychological barrier I can't break so willing to invest some hard earned savings into getting some coaching. Trouble is I can't seem to find anyone offering what I'm after. Any recommendations for one on one (F2F or Skype) weight loss coach near london would be gratefully received. Thanks :)

For context am working mum and work long hours, commute and have 2 DC under 5. I struggle with tiredness and am stressed most of the time so have been comfort eating most and gained 3 stone in one year.

I would have thought quite a lot of nutritionists offer this kind of service - I saw one for different reasons but it was certainly something she offered and she did a lot of things that you want (reviewing food diaries, menu suggestions, guidance on exercising albeit within the framework of eating properly for it).

Most personal trainers do this.

A friend of mine had a counselling specialising in weight loss. She did this alongside a personal trainer. the trainer made her fitter and gave food advice. The counsellor helped her curb emotional eating, recognising when she was eating to soothe an unmet need and when she was mistaking an emotion for hunger. She's lost six stone in a year and she looks fabulous. That might be a good combination to consider.
