Do keto- it is v easy and works

No they don’t work. Please don’t waste your money. You need a calorie deficit (download MFP) and then to do regular exercise to tone. 80% fat loss occurs in the kitchen - you can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet basically but things like boom bod are not the way to go! Spend the money on a PT instead!

Cheeseandpicklesarnies I’m really restricted to what exercise I can do because I’m disabled and have to use elbow crutches to get about.

Weight loss is more about eating less, specifically eating less junk food, sugar, etc than exercise. You won't lose weight with exercise alone if you continue eating crap. You WILL lose weight if you modify your food/drink intake, even if you don't do more exercise.

Weight loss is an individual thing. But there are a couple of general tips that can help.

  1. 5: 2 diet plan. It’s better to read an article about it (for example, the bbs article: www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/what-52-diet)
  2. Sport. It is best to make a training plan with a trainer specifically for personal training. If you do not have time for this, then go in for sports, practice yoga or run in the morning with the best choice.
  3. Reduce the consumption of junk food. Various sweets, fatty foods, fast food and the like should be excluded or at least limited.
  4. Healthy sleep. Due to lack of sleep, you may not have enough energy for anything. You need to sleep for 8 hours and go to bed at 10 or 11 o'clock in the evening, and get up at 6-7 in the morning.

Also with age, there may be problems with hormone levels. Hormones, such as growth hormone, testosterone and estrogen, are the most common in our body. Estrogen deficiency (hghtherapydoctor.us/estrogen/what-is-estrogen-identifying-a-need/) can cause weight gain, depression, low libido, brittle bones, insomnia, hot flashes, and other symptoms. Here only doctors will help, because self-medication is dangerous to health.

I can't do any form of exercise but I have the opposite problem of teying not to lose weight. I have a very specific calorie intake through an NJ of 1000 calories a day and the rest are made up through milk. The calories you need per day are much less than the daily recommended amounts, especially if you're not active. For me it's around 1350 calories a day. If you want to lose weight then I'd consult a dietitian and ask for a diet that meets nutritional requirements under this amount.
