I don't know what's wrong with me. My diet is alright but I have put on about 5kg since last year.
I go to the gym a couple of times a month I admit for the sake of honesty and only eat out twice a month.
For some reason, whenever I even THINK about dieting, it's like my body is panicked and I am ravenous - I want to eat constantly and end up snacking lots more than I would typically.
Help me.
