According to the scales at my gym (x 2) I have gone down 3 stone , yay

But according to office scales and a different gym scale I have gained a stone

Who is right ? I have definitely put on a bit as Lots of work travel recently

But surely not a stone ? Has anyone else had this ?

Oh yes! DM hates getting weighed at my house as she weighs at least 5lbs heavier. I only ever get weighed on my own scales and use them as an indication of what my weight is doing. But a whole stone is a huge variation! Can you go to Boots or your surgery and get weighed there to get clarification?

Use the scale that you took you weight on originally as a gauge. My home and gym scales are approx. 6lb different, but they still show the same upward/downward trends, and that’s what’s important.

I will be avoiding some scales that’s for sure and stick the gym ones ! Just wondered if other had seen this Grin

I have some new digital bathroom scales that say I’m a stone heavier than my old ones. I’m choosing to ignore the exact numbers and focus on what I’ve lost/will lose and the fact I needed to buy new jeans and underwear this week to prevent having a baggy looking bum!
