Weightwatchers - how overweight do you have to be to be able to attend meetings?

I would like to go to Weightwatchers - I've not lost the stone I put on when pregnant with ds (now 3.5 ) and am just not getting anywhere on my own. I'm not classed as overweight though (I think my BMI is 23) - will I be able to go or will they chuck me out?

I think you're okay to go as long as your BMI is within a healthy range, and your target weight must still be within a healthy BMI range.

You have to be 5lb over your minimum weight.

How tall are you? eg if you are 5.5, your healthy weight range is 8stone8 to 10stone10, so you would need to be 8.13 as a minimum joining weight. HTH
