Can I ask for your discovered low calorie junk food discoveries that actually taste good (not like cardboard) and satisfy any junk cravings .... once a month I do crave crap and have discovered some things that hit the spot but would like more options.....

So far I am a fan of:

Crisps

  • Walkers Poppables Sweet Chilli - 30g is about a bowl full and 154 calories
  • Popchips Salt & Vinegar (taste like discos) - 23g bag is 95 calories

Chocolate

  • Freddo is only 95 calories

Sweets

  • Haribo Fruitilicious are the 30% less sugar haribo 25g is only 70 calories

Ice cream

  • Halo Top and Breyers are ok but I have found that Walls Soft Scoop Vanilla Light is only 139 calories for 100g and tastes like the normal vanilla

Hula Hoops Puft (72cals) and Morrisons do Dexter Dog crisps which are similar to PomBears, don't have any to check calories and can't find them online though. Really help when I have a salt craving which happens to me more than sweet cravings.

Home Bargains were also selling chewy bar things called Skinny Whips and the caramel one tasted like a Mars bar to me. Can't remember exact calories but think it was just under 100 per bar.

Salt! Yes salt I really crave hormonally. All I could think about the other day was salty chip shop chips. It's about 4-5 days a month where I just want junk!

Popcorn is usually pretty low cal as well, especially the salted ones rather than sweet or caramel. The Metcalfes Skinny popcorn range is nice in all the flavours too.

Pea snacks and lentil curls in various flavours are much nicer than the name suggests as well. More like Quavers or Wotsits in texture (I initially expected them to be really hard). Most supermarkets seem to do their own brand of them.
