Size 14 to a size 10 - possible?

I want to be a size 10, I've decided.

Trouble is I'm tall (5.10") and am not naturally a skinny build (have always been a size 14) so is it possible for someone like me to be a size 10? If so, whats the best way to go about it?

Why have you decided this?

I would imagine ome severe starvation would be in order to get that skinny if you're 5'10!! Size 14 sounds right considering how tall you are. I know supermodels are slimmer but then usually suffer hugely to achieve that.

I don't know, it just sounds 'sexy' or something..."size 10 waist"....I suppose I would look really skinny though considering my height.

Well I would settle for size 12, at the moment I mainly buy from Next and their size 14's are a little too big but their size 12's are far too tight (or just don't go on!) so I suppose a square size 12 is more realistic...I couldn't starve myself however, even if I wanted to.

Do you excersise much? Because toning up can make you lose inches without having to starve yourself.

I'm 5'10" and a 10, was a 14 before the kids.
I have basically starved myself though and as soon as I start eating normally I go bck to a more natural 12.
I have been a size 8 though and don't look skinny hence why I'm happy to be a 12 these days it's not like i suddenly look like a godess at a size 10 and a minger at a 12 i'm still me iyswim.
