WW or SW to lose 20lbs

I need to lose at least a stone, preferably more, and whilst I know in theory what I need to do I know from experience I work better following a programme. I did WW nearly 20 years ago but I know it’s changed recently. Never done SW but know many who rave about it. I need to be able to feed DH with same food for evening meal (he doesn’t need to lose any weight) and so I’m thinking SW might be better?

What do you think?

I partly blame SS and WW for my weight gain. It's an odd mentality. If you want a programme try low carb high fat (lchf) I've lost lots of weight with it. No meetings obviously but easy to follow and a huge supportive online community including on mumsnet.

I make my DH the same and he enjoys it though he doesn't need to lose weight either. I occasionally add potatoes or similar to his but otherwise he eats the same.

Sorry can’t do no carbs. I don’t think blocking out a whole food group is a realistic long term way of eating.

My family loves the SW food I cook, you can have so much normal stuff its just cooked in a healthier way!

Ditto the WW recipes!
If anyone's craving potatoes, you could add them for them, but the menu plans are extensive, varied and yummy.
