Well done Yorkiegirl. I really admire your determination to achieve your goal. I know how easy it is to look back half way though and think I'm tired, I've done enough.
Enjoy all the shopping!

How long did it take you to lose it, if you don't mind me asking?

gingernutlover · 03/06/2007 21:12

wow wow wow wow

i did cambridge for 10 days in january and lost a stone, also lost my determination but seeing what you have done and thinking that "hey I could be there now too!"

feel very pissed off with myself that i didnt stick to it

shall i do it again? shall i, shant i? shall i shant i?

are you eating normal food again now?

wow

okay I am 99% convinced

i just know how hard it was last time and to know this makes me really scared to do it again but to see just how wonderful you look makes me think it is totally worth it

i lost 2 stone through paul mckenna since january but this is so slow that it is hard to keep up the enthusiasm.

Can i ask, did you get a steady weight loss every week? is this what keept you going? Do you think the LL meetings are very important? just that you dont get this with cambridge but it is £33 a week rather than £60.
