Losing weight as a vegetarian

About 8 years ago I became vegetarian (technically pescatarian but I only eat fish when eating out). I have always struggled with my body image/weight and have pretty much always been bigger than my friends. Thinking back, problems with my weight began when I became vegetarian. I was constantly hungry and trying to fill up by snacking. Two years ago I became vigilant about eating healthily and eating 'whole, natural foods' - I only went down a dress size even though I made huge changes to my diet (cut out processed foods, sugar, a large amount of dairy, gluten etc.) I'm very repetitive and 'boring' with my meals and I basically eat the same meals every day so if I'm lacking a food group (I'm thinking protein) then the repetitiveness may be making it worse. Everyday I eat:

B. Porridge (with 1 or 2 strawberries and a spoonful of peanut butter) and a coffee
L. 2 eggs with spinach and tomatoes (usually add avocado)
D. Salad (usually with a bean burger as protein)

I usually snack on fruit and veg (usually apples, oranges, bananas, carrots and cucumbers etc.) and I drink multiple coffees throughout the day

I suppose my question is, do you think I'm getting enough protein? should I stop being a vegetarian? (I stopped for moral reasons but would start eating meat again if it would improve my health) Is there anything in my diet that you would change etc?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! (sorry about the long post!)
