do you get assigned to a calorie group? Im wanting to join but thought id get a personalised calorie goal? paying £50 so find out what band of calories im in seems a bit much Confused anyone still around with any more info please?

Sorry to hi jack post but weighing yourself every day is just not healthy! Your weight fluctuates each day and it's not good for you mentally. Believe me, been there done it! I've tried all sorts and did the daily weigh in and got so hung up when I'd been good and the scales hadn't moved. I was quite disappointed to see that this is what RH promote as it looked quite good, what if you exercise daily and are actually replacing fat with muscle. No scale will tell you that, only measuring yourself and seeing if clothes are looser will.

The daily weigh ins are to get your weekly average weight. They go off your average weight each week because, as you say, it can fluctuate daily. Think the idea is that you get so used to weighing in that the figures on the scales just become numbers, and less scary as you accept that fluctuations are normal.
