I was doing quite well and was down to my pre baby weight (although that's still a stone heavier than I want to be). Have had a month off (didn't realise it had been so long til I checked mfp) and have gained 5lbs 
We were at a wedding on Friday so lots of booze then had a Chinese takeaway last night so I'm hoping some is water retention.
I'm 11st9lbs today and want to be 11st when I go on holiday at the end of the month.
I've started slim fast again today as I've had short term results on it before and think I will take water balance tablets for a couple of days incase there is any water retention.
Does anyone want to join me??
