9lbs in 16 days anyone in?

I was doing quite well and was down to my pre baby weight (although that's still a stone heavier than I want to be). Have had a month off (didn't realise it had been so long til I checked mfp) and have gained 5lbs Sad
We were at a wedding on Friday so lots of booze then had a Chinese takeaway last night so I'm hoping some is water retention.
I'm 11st9lbs today and want to be 11st when I go on holiday at the end of the month.
I've started slim fast again today as I've had short term results on it before and think I will take water balance tablets for a couple of days incase there is any water retention.
Does anyone want to join me??

Congrats @MorelloKisses fingers crossed. Don't lower your calories too much or you're more likely to binge (speaking from experience).

I feel like I need to have some proper food today, felt ill yesterday. So;

B: 2 boiled eggs & 1 small slice of toast
L: 1/2 tin of beans on 1 small slice of toast
D: homemade burger on brioche bun & veg
S: Apple if I need it

My plan for today is;
2 weetabix and banana for breakfast
Brown roll and boiled eggs for lunch plus salad
Dinner - maybe tuna steaks and veggies or if my partner is super late home then will order sushi - sashimi and miso soup feels like the safest bet.
I think I'm eating too much but I'm doing 10000 steps a day and looking after a five month old baby so trying to give myself a bit of a break. I've lost and put back on the same 7lb two or three times since November 😭

Hi all

Went slightly over my 1200 calories yesterday as felt dizzy and reached for the sugar! Think my system is so used to having constant sugar its taking a little to wean myself off it! not good...

Todays plan:

B: Weetabix
L: ham salad sandwich, yoghurt, banana, apple
D: low fat sausages, sweet potato mash and veg

Londonloves - that doesn't seem like too much food, to me, sounds sustainable and you'll be very active with a baby plus your steps

kaytee - hope you're feeling better today?
morello - that's very exciting :) I felt very stressed and was so busy in the weeks running up to my wedding I lost quite a bit of weight without really trying, hope you have the same luck (with as little stress as possible though!)!

So I’m 7 days in and have lost 2lb... which I think is really the most I can lose in 7 days..?

I’ve stuck to calories, stayed hydrated and crammed in a lot of exercise! I think I’m looking better...

Ive managed 2lb too, well done us! Working today but for rest of week will be at home so easier to control the week. Still aiming for another 6lb off by end of March but I think that's probably a touch ambitious!

I'm 3.5lb down now at 10 days in... very pleased with that and dropped down into the next stone bracket which is always good!
