Does anyone have a mini trampoline for fitness?

I have been looking at this .

Anyone got one or had one or heard good/bad things about them? All feedback gratefully received.

TIA

yes, I have one

Like everything else would be wonderful if I would use it

Twenty minutes can get me really out of breath. i got it as I have dodgy knees and have no trouble from them at all using it

Problem is that it is so big - it's hard to store

I've had one for a few months and have been using it off and on but love it. I think I am firming up but don't know if that is more to do with doing free weights recently. I sometimes do long sessions of 30-40 mins free-form (ie mad dancing!) but have also recently bought a dvd called pt bouncer which really worked me harder than I thought it would. I also bounce on it for several minutes whenever I can throughout the day but am lucky in having a big sitting room which will accommodate this (the children also love using it).

Have read that you get what you pay for (because some are really expensive and fold away) but my one from Argos has served me well (2 of the springs have just gone and the company are sending me replacements for free) - just make sure it have at least 6 legs for better stability.

Also google trampolining and the benefits. There are all sorts of claims made about its benefits - eg this but so many more as well - just hope it's all true!
